the hotel, El Consul, was brand new and everything was in perfect condition. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the bus station and right in the heart of the town center. the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. the breakfast provided a delicious variety of local fresh products, served in a cute courtyard. Veronique, the host, was absolutely fabulous! She was very accommodating and had great communication throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again. My recent stay at El Consul Mao - Hotel Boutique was absolutely delightful. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a variety of healthy options that satisfied my every craving. I especially loved the homemade granola, it was delicious. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, providing all the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of Mahón with everything within walking distance. Despite the small inconvenience of some noise from the room above, the overall experience was exceptional. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home throughout my entire stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mahón.

Christmas at the hotel was a delight! the breakfast buffet was superb and offered a great variety of healthy options, and the coffee and sweet treats available for free were a lovely touch. the communal kitchen/patio area was a real lifesaver; we had access to it all day and night and it was a great place to relax. the hotel's location was fantastic, as it was right in the heart of the town but on a quiet street. We loved the fact that we could explore the area with ease and come back to a peaceful night's sleep.
